Caroline Johnson
Caroline N. Johnson is a founding partner at Johnson Ritchey Family Law She focuses her practice on family law matters. Caroline is a member of the Florida Bar, the Southern District of Florida Federal Court and the South Palm Beach County Collaborative Law Group.
Caroline graduated from Florida Atlantic University, cum laude, in 2003. She then attended the Levin College of Law at the University of Florida, receiving her J.D. in 2006.
Caroline began her career as an Assistant State Attorney where she was the lead counsel in over 50 jury trials and tried numerous non-jury trials as well. In 2008, she switched to the private practice of law, where she has used the extensive courtroom experience she gained at the State Attorney’s Office in the area of civil litigation and family law matters.
While Caroline recognizes some family law matters are appropriate for the litigation process, she believes strongly that many families can benefit from a less adversarial approach to their case. Caroline helps her clients evaluate the different options available for resolving their family law matters and pick the one that is best for each client’s unique family. Ms. Johnson is a Florida Supreme Court certified family mediator and she is collaboratively trained.
