Caroline Johnson
Caroline N. Johnson, a founding partner, is Board Certified in Marital and Family Law. Board Certification represents the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar, acknowledging an attorney’s exceptional integrity, experience, and expertise in their area of practice.
Known for her tenacity in litigation, Caroline serves as a strong advocate for her clients and their families. She handles a wide range of family law matters – from straightforward cases to the most complex disputes – with clarity, strategy, and compassion.
Caroline began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney, where she served as lead counsel in more than 50 jury trials and numerous non-jury trials. In 2008, she transitioned into private practice, bringing with her a wealth of courtroom experience that continues to shape her approach in family law litigation.
While Caroline is a skilled litigator, she recognizes that many families benefit from a more peaceful, less adversarial path. She is Collaboratively trained and works closely with her clients to explore all available options, crafting thoughtful strategies that serve each family’s unique needs and goals.
A proud graduate of Florida Atlantic University, Caroline earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law in 2006.
Outside of her legal practice, Caroline is an active community leader. She volunteers as a coach for several teams at her children’s schools and was a featured community dancer in the 2023 Boca’s Ballroom Battle, supporting the George Snow Scholarship Fund. In 2024, she was nominated as a candidate for the Junior League of Boca Raton’s Woman Volunteer of the Year by the Women’s Executive Club. She is also a proud member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Boca Class of 2025.
