Ashley Ackerman

Ashley graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. She then received her JD from Barry University School of Law where she completed a CLI representing children in a variety of juvenile delinquency cases. She also worked as a volunteer Guardian Ad Litem for 3 years in Seminole County. She is a member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Florida Association of Women Lawyers, volunteers at Best Foot Forward organization and is currently serving as a mentor for Empower HER.

Ashley previously worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit. Over her 8 years working as a prosecutor, she brought over 60 cases to jury trials, and did extensive work in the domestic violence unit.

Ashley is passionate about giving back and helping others. She became a lawyer to be a voice for those who wouldn’t normally have one in the legal system.
When she is not helping her clients, Ashley enjoys traveling with her two children, riding her bike and yoga.
